RV Roof Restoration

As a commercial roofing contractor, its been my experience that acrylic coating have limited durability, require multiple coats, and a short lifespan. Its ineffectiveness at resisting ponding water could cause the coating to peel or degrade eventually leading to leaks. You will also need to apply two coats for it to be fully effective. Silicone coatings can last 25-Years or more. Will you even be using your RV in 50-Years? Probably not. So while this may sound like overkill, it means you don’t have to worry about the protection over your roof – ever.

Our RV Roof Restoration process is second to none. As a hands on roofing contractor for over 45-Years, we have, and continue to use the best products and coatings available. As most RV roofs start to age above about 7-Years, they will need periodic maintenance and care. UV rays, wind speeds on the road, twigs, dirt, leaves and other debris can all degrade your RV roof. A roof coating, such as a silicone roof coating, can protect your roof from all these dangers. Protecting your roof extends its life, allowing you to enjoy your RV for longer. When you protect your roof, you also receive a secondary benefits of preventing leaks. The interior of your RV is protected and your trips aren’t delayed, cancelled, or ruined once they start. An RV rubber roof protected with a coating will save you money in the long-term. Unlike an acrylic coating, silicone only needs one coat, which could reduce your roof coating project’s overall cost.  A silicone coating is also highly durable, resistant to ponding water and weather damage, and has high reflectivity,  and it stays elastic for long periods.

Protecting your RV roof from the outset. The first use case for an RV roof coating is to protect your investment

from the very beginning. It reduces the effects of aging due to UV rays and extreme weather conditions. It can also stop any leaks that can ruin the interior and cause expensive structural damage repairs and protect against new leaks. A thorough inspection is done first to assess the overall roof condition.
