​Standard Re-Roof:  

  Before we do anything, we do a thorough inspection of the roof for any areas where there might be issues with the decking or structure*.  Decking repairs are quoted upon inspection after removal of the existing roof membrane

and if 7/16 OSB, 1/2 CDX or 3/8 BC plywood with minimum labor charge of $ 350.00  (Structural repairs additional, hourly rate plus materials, or flat cost). All perimeter plastic insert strips are replaced and thoroughly sealed. New gaskets on A/C units, vents, skylights and TV antennas are typically re-installed.

Rafter/Truss Repair or Replacement

Pricing starting as low as: $ 265.00 per ft.

 

  We only use 60 mil GAF TPO, 2.5 times thicker than most factory original and dealer replaced roofing. We use only commercial grade adhesives, NOT water based with their high failure rate.

Deck Restoration: 

  If, during the course of removing the existing membrane and perimeter metal it becomes apparent that there will not be an acceptable smooth surface for installation of a new membrane we would need to install 1/4" luan over the existing decking. Attached securely, all with 1-1/4" staples, construction adhesive, all seams taped.

Labor only: $ 30.00 per ft plus any materials.

Warranty:

  Galveston RV Service includes a 5-Year workmanship against installation defects,. but assumes no liability for contents or structure damage.  Manufacturer warranties apply to roofing materials).
