PAYMENT POLICY:

Deposit of 1/3 (typically) to cover cost of materials and shipping is due at signing of agreement, 1/3 at start of project, balance in full, plus any additional charges due upon completion.

We take Zelle, Cash App, Venmo.

Local Checks with Proper ID

Pay With Cash gets a 10% discount.

Vents, fans, etc:

Unlike other companies we do not charge to do research or locate parts. Some companies bill this as the technicians office time as "Off Site Labor" for as much as $75.00 Per Hour. If a job is cancelled after parts are ordered, there is a 15% service fee, and your parts can be picked up at our shop. There are no refunds on parts, unless the job is cancelled before the order is placed.

TRIP FEE: $ 2.25 PER MILE (Over 25 Miles)

TRIP FEES:

We charge an on-site service fee for coming out to look at and inspect the roof. The rate is $2.25 per mile plus any tolls over 25 miles, with an on-site trip fee $ 115.00. The trip fee (not mileage) can be applied to any work contracted and scheduled within 14 days. Unlike other companies, we only charge for the trip to you, not the return trip, or on any consecutive trips needed to complete the job. Trip fees are billed separate. The farther we travel, the greater the cost will be. Each service call is charged an on-site trip fee even if we are in the same area or RV Park. We use Google Maps for mileage calculation and use the following address for the starting point.
