PAYMENT POLICY:

Deposit of 1/3 (typically) to cover cost of materials and shipping is due at signing of agreement, 1/3 at start of project, balance in full, plus any additional charges due upon completion.

We take Cash App, Venmo.

Local Checks with Proper ID

Pay With Cash gets a 10% discount.

Vents, fans, etc:

Unlike other companies we do not charge to do research or locate parts. Some companies bill this as the technicians office time as "Off Site Labor" for as much as $75.00 Per Hour. If a job is cancelled after parts are ordered, there is a 15% service fee, and your parts can be picked up at our shop. There are no refunds on parts, unless the job is cancelled before the order is placed.

TRIP FEE: $ 2.00 PER MILE (Over 15 Miles)

TRIP FEES:

We charge an on-site service fee for coming out to look at and inspect your RV. These charges help cover expenses related to fuel, vehicle maintenance, time spent traveling, and allowing enough time for a thorough inspection of your RV and issues. The base rate is $ 75.00 for a distance of 10 miles from the shop (402 26th St San Leon, TX 77539). Unlike other companies, we only charge for the trip to you, not the return trip, or on any consecutive trips needed to complete the job. Trip fees are billed separate. The farther we travel, the greater the cost will be. Each service call is charged an on-site trip fee even if we are in the same area or RV Park. We use Google Maps for mileage calculation and use the following address for the starting point.
